Private Chocolate Workshop For Groups The course lasts two and a half hours and is a fun and creative way to celebrate with your friends. You will learn how to taste and recognise good quality chocolate as well as making fresh vanilla truffles, dark chocolate fudge, caramelised hazelnuts and gianduja.
A master chocolatier will guide you through the history of cocoa and the process of bean to bar before teaching you how to cut, dip and decorate your chocolates, and you will all leave with a ribbon-tied box full of your own handmade chocolates.
This group booking entitles you to your own master chocolatier and assistant.
