This 2 hour experience teaches you how to steer, throttle and trim the boat. Full training and instruction will be given by experienced offshore powerboat drivers. Half Day Surf Lesson In Bournemouth Take to the water and see if you have the skill to ride the waves. Surfing is one of the country's fastest growing sports, isn't it time you tried it?! Experienced instructors will give you an introduction to water safety and beach awareness. You will then learn how to trim and ride a board lying down, and hopefully, by the end of the lesson, how to 'pop' up and ride the board standing up. Your experience includes one lesson and hire of all equipment (surfboards and wetsuits are provided). All instructors are British Surfing Association accredited. They are highly qualified and experienced surfers with SLSA Lifeguard and First Aid qualifications. The school has BSA Level 4 approval (the highest level rating achievable).
